Sushi Avenue and Egg Works

I have more photos to transfer from my phone (I forgot if there was an easy way to do it!). I've been eating out too much. Last Wed. Suki and I went to Sushi Avenue (On Flamingo off the 215) where we always order the Chirashi and share an Agedashi Tofu. The fish is always fresh and most of the time I like the rice.

We average going there once a week. The week before, we were kinda in a hurry so it was great because when we ordered, the waitress confessed she had already put our order in!

I want to someday make my own agedashi dofu...I already tried once, but the sauce didn't come out very good. That wasn't the only thing that went wrong, but one thing at a time!

The other pictures I have are from breakfast at Egg Works on Flamingo and Ft. Apache. I'm happy to find there are breakfast places here...I just didn't know they were here!

I had the works parfait? I already forgot what it was called! Yogurt, granola, blueberries, mandarin oranges, bananas...yummy.

It came with a choice of toast or muffin and Haley and the waitress suggested the carrot cake muffin. Excellent suggestion - very moist.

Haley had the Works scramble with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and feta cheese. I may have to order that next time.
